The report on Access to information, Advice and Active help in Kosovo highlights how the legislation of Kosovo, even if in accordance with the European standards for free legal aid, shows several gaps in its implementation in practice.
According to the responses of the questionnaires sent to institutions in the public sector and civil society, emerges the absence of information provided to citizens about their rights and the way to exercise them. The survey results also show a shortage of help targeting some social group that restricts their abilities to access information and obtain advice and active help.
