The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia recently published 3 by-laws (regulations) that deal with the provision of free legal aid:
1. A Regulation on:
– the criteria for the evaluation of projects by legal clinics and associations authorised to provide legal aid;
– rules for reporting on the methods of providing legal aid.
2. A Regulation on the methods to be used for running the registry of the providers of primary legal aid.
3. A Regulation on the Request Form and the Approval for the use of legal aid.
The above mentioned by-laws regulate the criteria for the evaluation of the projects proposed under the tender opened by the Ministry of Justice in June 2014.
