Who we are
Open Society Foundation for Albania – OSFA
OSFA is a non-profit organization that is part of Open Society Foundations. Since its foundation in 1991, it has addressed the need to develop the basic building blocks of democracy and governance, with special emphasis on education, media and civic dialogue. OSFA also provides scholarships and grants to youth, intellectuals and the professional class to plant the seeds of open society values and build capacity in society. OSFA aims to become one of the most important activist policy institutes, engaging in the most important issues concerning Albania.
