The first study visit took place in Bucharest, Romania, on 27th-29th November 2013. It was organized by the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux in Romania-NACAB. The main objective of the study visit was to share the Romanian experience of citizen advice concept, to learn how the concept developed in Romania and to identify those lessons and practices that could be transferred to the new citizen advice projects in Western Balkans and Turkey.

During the visit the participants had the opportunity to better know each other and visit the Citizens Advice Bureau Targoviste, one of the NACAB founding members. There, CAB and NACAB rappresentatives shared their experiences with pilot projects and discussed about the implementation of the CAB model in Romanian realities.

Once back in Bucharest the pilot organisations presented their citizens advice projects and were informed on administrative and management aspects of the Triple A project, as well as future activities for 2014
