Providing Information, Advice and Free Legal Aid in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) is organising a conference in the scope of Triple A: Access to Information, Advice and Active Help for Citizens project that is implemented in the framework of the European Commission’s Partnership programme for Civil Society organizations. 

In the conference Kenan Hadžimusić Triple A project coordinator and Senior Manager, Programmes and Fund Raising at ECAS will brief about the project. The director of ADI Snježana Ivandić Ninković will present the country report „Access to Justice – Provision of Information, Advice and Free Legal Aid in Bosnia and Herzegovina“ prepared by ADI. Milana Popadić, Assistant Minister, Ministry of Justice BiH will talk on draft of the Free Legal Aid Law in BiH. Attendees will also be hearing speeches from representatives of OSCE- Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Free Legal Aid Network in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sarajevo Open Centre.
